Description

Workfront: Mastering Adoption and Workflow

The Workfront platform is a sizeable investment for creative teams, and they often stumble out of the gate when deploying the tool. Let’s face it: Workfront implementations are complex. Getting it right the first time is an ambitious goal. The creative team’s process has a large impact on the tool’s success, as it needs to support the various project phases and steps for each creative role. And even if the implementation goes well, adoption can be tricky. With all of that being said, Workfront is a powerful tool that, when appropriately configured and implemented with a disciplined change-management program, can transform your team’s productivity.

Join us for this fall’s CreativeExecs Roundtable when our moderator (a Cella creative process expert) and a Workfront customer success representative will lead a robust, candid discussion on Workfront best practices, can’t-live-without features, adoption challenges and functional workarounds. This roundtable will benefit leaders of in-house agency teams that have already implemented Workfront, as well as leaders who are considering a Workfront deployment.

Who should attend?
This Roundtable will benefit leaders of in-house agency teams that have already implemented Workfront, as well as leaders who are considering a Workfront deployment. To ensure the most relevant and beneficial discussion for every participant, attendance is limited to approximately 20 in‑house creative leaders, within midsize or large organizations, who directly manage a creative staff and budget.

In the Roundtable, participants will discuss:

  • What’s the best way to manage the implementation – on your own, or using outside resources?
  • Should teams align their process to the tool’s functionality or vice versa?
  • What process modifications should be considered for users to work with Workfront?
  • Is the recommendation for all features to be rolled out at once or a staggered approach?
  • Should teams have a change management plan before starting their rollout?
  • Is a process for challenge resolution recommended?
  • Which features were high impact and which resulted in more barriers for users?
  • Looking back at what worked and didn’t, what advice would you give other teams.
